Designs of the Year 2013

Location: Design Museum, London

The Designs of the Year awards, from the Design Museum, ‘The Oscars of the design world' showcase the most innovative and imaginative designs from around the world, over the past year, spanning seven categories: Architecture, Digital, Fashion, Furniture, Graphics, Transport and Product. Category winners and the overall winner will be decided by a jury and announced to the public on 17 April 2013.

From April 15th the second floor of the museum will be closed for the new exhibition install. You will be able to get discounted entry tickets during this time.

Plastics Design and Moulding Exhibition and Summit 2013

Location: Telford International Centre

The Plastics Design and Moulding Exhibition (PDM) has announced it will return to Telford in 2013, after two years at London’s Excel exhibition centre where it successfully attracted a new audience from the design community.

Next year’s event, to be held on 18 and 19 June at the newly refurbished Telford International
Centre, will feature a bigger exhibition space and a raft of quality paid-for and free seminars,
workshops and training opportunities.

The highly specialist content for these programmes is currently being developed with PDM’s recently signed partners which include the British Plastics Federation (BPF), the Gauge & Toolmakers Association (GTMA), Polymer Training and Innovation Centre, the Polymer Machinery Manufacturers and Distributors Association (PMMDA) and Smithers Rapra.
